Auditions

A high-end headphone isn't bought based on its spec sheet. It's bought because you heard it and it moved you.

That's why all the equipment I represent can be auditioned before making a decision, by appointment and with no obligation to purchase. If you come, listen, and conclude it wasn't what you were looking for, the visit was still worthwhile: now you know something you didn't know before.

How to schedule

Send me a WhatsApp message at +56 9 6168 3499 or an email to info@audiophileimport.cl. Tell me what you're interested in hearing and what equipment you currently have, and we'll coordinate a day and time. Once confirmed, I'll send you the exact address.

Where

Las Condes, Santiago, and Viña del Mar. Both are private, one-on-one sessions, so there's no store noise or anyone waiting their turn.

What the session is like

It lasts about an hour, though if you need more time, that's fine. I'll be assisting you.

Bring your own music. This is the most important thing: the albums you know by heart are the only ones that will tell you the truth about a piece of equipment. And if you can't bring them, it's not a problem — tell me when you schedule what you want to hear, specific albums or tracks, and I'll have them ready for your session.

Also bring your current headphones or player if you want to compare them against something familiar. It's the best way to understand what you're gaining and if it's worth the cost.

If you're torn between two models, tell me when you schedule, and I'll have them ready for comparison in the same session.

What can be auditioned

The entire catalog is available for audition, except for equipment brought in by special order, such as the UM PP6 Pro & Raptor. If you're interested in any of those, write to me, and we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis.

At CONSACH

On October 24th and 25th, I will be at CONSACH, the first audio show held in Chile in about thirty years. If you prefer to audition the equipment there, I'll see you at the fair.
